This site is built to collect as little as possible. This page explains what it does collect, why, and what you can do about it.

This site has no accounts, sign-ups, forms or wallet connection, so we do not ask you for personal information. What little we do handle comes from three places:

  • When you visit. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. This is recorded in our hosting provider's logs.
  • When you email us. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
  • The public XRP Ledger. The site shows data read from the public XRP Ledger, including wallet addresses and balances, for example on the Holders page. This data is already public on the ledger. We do not try to link wallet addresses to real people.

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site.

The site keeps one small note in your browser's session storage, so that animated figures only count up once per visit. It holds no personal information, never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

We use request information only to deliver the site, keep it secure and working, and investigate problems or abuse.

We use the contents of an email only to reply to it and deal with what you asked.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

We share information only with the service providers that run the site for us, such as our hosting provider, and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site, its users or others from fraud or harm.

Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under their own retention settings. We keep emails only as long as we need them to deal with your message.

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we hold as little information as we can. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email team@xrp-drop.com. We cannot change or delete data on the XRP Ledger: it is a public network that nobody controls.

This site links to wallets, exchanges, marketplaces, explorers and social networks that we do not run. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site is hosted on servers that may be outside the country you are in. By using it, you understand that request information may be processed in other countries.

If we change how the site handles information, for example by adding analytics or a newsletter, we will update this page first. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
