These terms cover your use of this website and set out who owns the DROP character, artwork and branding. Please read them before using the site.

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site.

$DROP is a meme token issued on the XRP Ledger, built around a community and a character. It is not a share, a security, a deposit or an investment product, and it carries no rights to profits, dividends, voting or anything else.

$DROP has no intrinsic value and no guaranteed price. Its price can fall to zero. Nobody, including the DROP team, can promise that it will keep or gain value.

Everything on this site is general information and entertainment. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold $DROP or any other asset.

Crypto assets are high-risk. Do your own research, only use money you can afford to lose, and speak to a qualified professional if you need advice about your own situation.

DROP owns all rights in the DROP character, including its name, design, appearance, expressions and animations; in the DROP artwork, logos, wordmark and other branding; and in all other DROP project intellectual property, including the content and design of this website. These rights are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Except as set out below, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or otherwise use any of this material without our written permission. You may not use the DROP character, name or branding for another token, project, product or service, or in any way that suggests our endorsement or causes confusion about who is behind it.

We welcome the community using the files in our media kit to talk about, share and celebrate DROP for non-commercial purposes, as long as you follow the usage rules on that page. This is a limited, revocable permission. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and we can withdraw it at any time. For any commercial use, ask us first.

Owning a DROP NFT or holding $DROP tokens does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you, unless the terms of that specific collection say otherwise.

Names and logos of third parties shown on this site, such as wallets, exchanges and marketplaces, belong to their owners.

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • break any law or regulation, or use the site for fraud, scams or impersonation;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data, or interfere with how it works;
  • scrape or overload the site in a way that degrades it for others;
  • copy the site, or present a copy of it, in order to mislead people about which $DROP is official.

This site is read-only. It never connects to your wallet, never asks for your secret key, seed or recovery phrase, and never sends transactions for you. Anyone who asks you for these is not us.

Any transaction you make happens on the XRP Ledger, through a wallet or service you choose and control. Transactions on the XRP Ledger are final and cannot be reversed by us. You are responsible for checking the issuer address, the amounts and the destination before you confirm anything.

Figures on this site, such as holders, supply, liquidity and pool data, are read automatically from the public XRP Ledger. They can be delayed, temporarily unavailable or, despite our checks, wrong. Prices and values in other currencies are estimates.

Do not rely on this site alone when making decisions. Check anything important against the XRP Ledger itself.

This site links to wallets, exchanges, marketplaces, explorers, social networks and other sites that we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, security, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Use them at your own risk.

This site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind, express or implied, about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the DROP team will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, your reliance on anything on it, or any transaction you make, including loss of tokens, funds, profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover the DROP team against any claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or restrict your access to it, at any time and without notice.
